Gene Expression Profiles
This section provides comprehensive transcriptomic data across various experimental conditions. Users can explore differential gene expression between BMMC and PMC, mature and regranulating mast cells, and wild-type vs. Cyp11a1 knockout mast cells.
We did not observe differences between male and female samples. Therefore, expression data were combined.
